Once you submit the request our executive will verify your details and delete your account within 48Hrs. If you wish to stop the process you can write us back with reasons not to delete your account to info@sentebaleapp.com

When your account is deleted, you will be logged out of Sentebale Health App, and this account will no longer be usable. None of your data will be stored in any form in our database once your account is deleted. You will not be able to create another Sentebale account with your same email address.
