How the app works
Sentebale App works in Multiple Steps. All are easy and user-friendly.
Step 1 : Install
After downloading from Playstore, install the app, and make sure you allow to track your locations for Sentebale to serve you more accurately.
You can also manually select the location provided by Google and also can change the language from the dropdown in the top right corner.
Sentebale Helath App is available in 3 languages. Select your preferred language between English Zulu & Sesotho.
Press ‘i’ for additional help on how to use the App.

Step 2 : Dr. T
Find out more about Sentebale Health App Founder and United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right to health Dr.T directly from the homepage of the App.
Step 3 : Health Topics
Click ‘Explore Sentebale’ to get information on a wide range of sexual health topics.
Once a topic has been selected you can dive deeper into each area to get a better understanding.
Within each topic you read you can then find a health centre that can help with further information as well in person appointments if required. Note to search health centres or speak to a health advisor you will need to register with Sentebale first
Step 4 : Register
You can register using social media login (extra information will be required once logged in) as well as through the sign-up form.
Note to check junk for your sign-up verification link to access the app.
Step 5 : Login
Once you have followed the verification email instructions log into the App using the email and password you set during sign up.
Step 6 : Profile
You can change some of your details from the Profile page. Also from profile page you can set the period calendar and directly access booking appointments.
Click ‘Track My Period’ in your ‘Profile’ page to set up the period tracker
Step 7 : Centres
You can now search the closest Health Centres to your current location. Note for this to work you have to allow the App to track your location.
In the Health Centre details page, you can find information about the Centre including available appointment times and reviews from other users.
Select an appointment time and choose what kind of request you want to make so our advisors know how best to respond to you.
Step 8 : Booking
Once you have made your appointment you will be able to monitor the status of the appointment in the ‘Your Appointments’ page.
You will also receive emails regarding your appointment bookings.
Step 9 : Review
Once you have had your appointment go to ‘Your Appointments’ page and leave a review about your experience at the Health Centre.
How Period Tracker works

Click ‘Track My Period’ in your ‘Profile’ page to set up the period tracker from Home Page.
Step 2 : Calendar
After downloading from Playstore, install the app, and make sure you allow to track your locations for Sentebale to serve you more accurately.
Enter your Cycle Days as well as other information about your period for the App to calculate your cycle.
You can add notes to specific days of your period for your own reference.
Step 3 : Emergency
Click ‘Calendar’ in the Home Page to see your estimated cycle. The green days mean ….. and Purple
If you want personal support from a health advisor related to your period click the ‘Book Sentebale Tele-Consult’ at the bottom of the calendar to set an appointment.

How to Delete Account
Sentebale App works with full transparency. We never sell user data and try to maintain full privacy of user data.
Enter Details
Now user can delete their account if they wish to. Just visit this page in out website
https://www.sentebaleapp.com/delete-account/
and fill up the form with your registered details. If all data matches, we will delete your account in next 48 hrs of submission.
